Practice Area

The Risk & Compliance Practice provides strategic, transformational and technical offerings in risk and compliance. We take a comprehensive view which enables us to help our clients grow their businesses while staying ahead of key risks, anticipating regulatory shifts, and instilling ethical practices. Our offerings include, but also extend beyond: Compliance and Crisis Management, Cyber and Digital Risk, Credit Risk Management, Balance Sheet Optimization, Market & Commodity Risk, ESG, Risk Org, Ops and Operational Risk, and Supply Chain Risk.


What You'll Do

  • Contribute to transformative Finance, Actuarial, and Risk projects for leading insurers and reinsurers.
  • Develop analytical models and frameworks in areas such as capital modeling, solvency, ALM, valuation, and stress testing.
  • Support regulatory and accounting transformations, including Solvency II and IFRS 17 implementation.
  • Translate actuarial and financial analyses into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Work closely with cross-functional BCG teams, combining strategy, analytics, and AI expertise to deliver holistic solutions.
  • Take ownership of specific workstreams andbsupport client interactions throughout the project lifecycle.


What You'll Bring

  • Strong Experience: 3-5 years in Insurance Actuarial, Finance, Risk, or Regulatory roles. Demonstrated mastery of capital modeling, solvency frameworks, valuation, or actuarial techniques.
  • Consulting Experience: Experience working with clients across various industries, helping them tackle their most difficult challenges and create sustainable value. Ability to link technical rigor with broader business context and C-suite priorities.
  • Analytical Excellence: Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills with experience in financial modeling, data analysis, or risk frameworks.
  • AI & Data-Driven Perspective:Interest and experience in applying AI and advanced analytics in Finance and Risk processes to enhance efficiency and generate impact, with the ability to translate emerging capabilities into practical business value and operate effectively in AI-enabled working environments.
  • ExcellentCommunication Skills: AbilitytocommunicateclearlyandpersuasivelyattheC-suitelevelandbuildtrusted,long-termclientrelationships.
  • Fluentoral andwrittenlanguageskills: German (C1) and English
