As a Senior SAP S/4HANAConsultant (all genders) at BCG Platinion, you will play a pivotal role in helping clientsnavigate complex ERP transformations, with a specific focus on SAP S/4HANA.Your expertise will guide clients through the entire project lifecycle, fromstrategy and planning to implementation and go-live with a strong businessvalue perspective. You will collaborate with a team of talented professionalsfrom BCG and Platinion on local and international projects, ensuring thesuccessful planning, deployment and optimization of ERP systems.

Plan,execute, and manage quantitative and qualitative analyses of business processesto identify value for our clients
Developand define ERP target architectures for comprehensive IT landscapes leveragingtechnological innovation and anticipating future trends
Defineand implement program organization and governance to successfully execute theproject and deliver identified business value of transformation
Managesourcing of system integrations partners and software solutions
Prepareand finalize project deliverables, including reports, workshop materials, andbusiness proposals
Evaluateongoing ERP projects and systems against defined business goals and qualitycriteria, and develop action plans for improvement
Driveimplementation of recovery and stabilization measures of ERP projects
This is how youmake a difference
Adegree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or arelated field
Atleast 4 years of relevant experience in strategic ERP/SAP projects
Proventrack record in managing end-to-end ERP transformations leveraging industrystandard approaches, e.g. SAP activate
In-depthknowledge of SAP S/4HANA and associated enterprise technology (e.g.,integration architecture, cloud deployment options, extensibility of thesolution)
Familiaritywith SAP industry solutions and analytical tools such as SAP BW/BI, SAPAnalytics Cloud
Exceptionalanalytical and conceptual thinking capabilities
Strongclient and result orientation with excellent communication and presentationskills
Teamspirit and the ability to manage and inspire cross-functional teams
Fluentin German and English (written and spoken)
