Construction Manager - OFCI & OSM (m/f/d)

Are you interested in managing significant high-tech construction projects in future-oriented sectors such as the data center industry? Then you've come to the right place! As a Construction Manager OFCI & OSM (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the smooth execution of complex EPC projects or sub-projects with a focus on owner-furnished equipment and off-site manufactured systems.
Explore your tasks and responsibilities
- Construction management of high-tech data center projects with focus on OFCI & OSM
- Ensuring that construction projects are carried according to schedule and a high level of quality, especially for prefabricated systems and client-supplied equipment
- Meetings and correspondence with subcontractors, suppliers and technical contact for our customers
- Responsibility for coordinating construction participants, suppliers and subcontractors, as well as leading the construction site team
- Schedule planning and monitoring construction progress including delivery and installation interfaces
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with EHS regulations
Show your expertise
- Relevant qualification in construction (e.g., master's or technician qualification), or a completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, building services engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Experience in construction management, ideally in data center, industrial or plant construction projects
- Experience with OFCI scopes and/or modular construction (OSM) is a plus
- Good knowledge of building codes, local regulations and standards
- Willingness to travel within D-A-CH region and to stay on site for 5 days during project assignments
- Intercultural competence, team spirit and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in German, both written and spoken to ensure effective communication with German-speaking staff and authorities, good English skills required
- Valid German driver's license Class B
