For the scheduling and planning of a demanding, highly complex industrial project in the semiconductor industry, we are seeking a dedicated professional whose expertise and organizational skills are beyond doubt.
Contractual home base: Flexible - any Drees & Sommer office in Germany, Belgium or Netherlands
Project location: in an EU neighboring country west of Germany (100% onsite presence required)
- Develop and maintain project schedules and execution plans for an exciting semiconductor manufacturing project within our EPCM Industry Business Unit
- Coordinate and collaborate within an interdisciplinary set up including Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, and external stakeholders to define and review work packages
- Take responsibility for developing and maintaining schedule and resource plans aligned with project objectives by identifying critical issues and deriving effective mitigation strategies
- Prepare and analyze project controls and progress reports to identify deviations, assess impacts, and provide recommendations for corrective action
- Contribute to the development of the Project Execution Plan by incorporating scheduling risks and opportunities, and support schedule control and implementation using the LEAN method.
Qualifications
- Successfully completed vocational training or a degree qualification (Technician, Engineer) related to the construction industry, such as Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Services Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in project scheduling within the industrial sector, ideally in the semiconductor industry, would be a significant advantage
- Strong proficiency in project management and scheduling software, particularly Primavera P6 and MS Project
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or a comparable project management qualification is advantageous but not required
- Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken; knowledge of German, Dutch or French is an advantage
- Full flexibility and willingness to travel and work on international construction sites in Germany and Europe
