The Expert Planning & Scheduling (m/w/d) is responsible for the effective execution, and management of the end-to-end integrated schedule development, coordination, and control process throughout the life cycle of projects. Enables project teams to target competitive schedule solutions and provide critical input for the project risk management process.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed resource loaded project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather project information and requirements.
• Monitor project progress and update schedules to reflect changes in scope, timelines, and resources.
• Identify and analyze schedule variances and recommend corrective actions to ensure project objectives are met.
• Prepare and present schedule reports, including critical path analysis, earned value analysis, and schedule performance metrics.

Show your expertise

• Completed studies in engineering
• Several years of experience in planning in the construction industry
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment of schedules with project goals and milestones.
• Conduct regular schedule reviews and risk assessments to identify potential issues and propose mitigation strategies.
• Assist in the development of project control processes and procedures to improve scheduling practices and project delivery.
• Safe handling of our scheduling software Primavera P6
• Willingness to travel and to work on site
• Fluent in German is a must have
