Specialist Energymanagement (m/f/d) - Facility

As an Energy Management Specialist (m/f/d), you will support our Facility Engineering team in maintaining our buildings, particularly with regard to renovations, maintenance measures and optimising energy efficiency.

This is your new challenge:
  • Project management for topics related to DIN ISO 50001:
    • Management of CIP/idea process in the Facility department
    • Structured development of ideas into concrete project plans
    • Calculation of economic efficiency in accordance with DIN EN 17463 VALERI
    • Budget management and CAPEX process for project registration
    • Preparation of documents for authorities in accordance with the requirements of the Energy Efficiency Act
  • Support with troubleshooting and fault rectification and, if necessary, contact with external companies
  • Ensuring compliance with the Industrial Safety Regulation


Your achievements to date:
  • Completed technical vocational training in one of the following areas: industrial engineering, engineering sciences, business administration, technician (or similar)
  • Relevant professional experience in project management and/or the above-mentioned areas of responsibility
  • Initial experience with DIN ISO 50001 or an alternative energy management system, as well as DIN EN 17463 VALERI
  • Basic understanding of law, auditing experience and understanding of technical contexts
  • Confident use of MS Office programmes
  • Good communication skills in written and spoken German and English
