Head of Global Operations Excellence - Data Center Logistics (m/f/x)

As Head of Global Operations Excellence - Data Center Logistics, you will define how global Data Center Logistics is designed, executed, governed, and continuously scaled across regions.

Your mission is to ensure end-to-end operational excellence across the full value chain, combining deep industry know-how with scalable global standards.

You will:

• Own and drive end-to-end operational responsibility across the Data Center Logistics value chain, including construction logistics, inbound-to-manufacturing, air & ocean freight, road transport, contract and service logistics, site delivery, and de-/re-commissioning.
• Design and deploy the global operating model for Data Center Logistics, ensuring consistent execution from origin to site and beyond.
• Translate hyperscale and enterprise data center requirements into operationally executable standards, SOPs, quality gates, and escalation frameworks.
• Build scalable control, visibility, and exception-management capabilities for multi-site, high-volume deployment and expansion programs.
• Act as senior operational counterpart for strategic Data Center customers, partnering closely with Commercial and White Glove leadership.

Experience & Profile:

• Senior leadership experience in Data Center Logistics, mission-critical logistics, or complex infrastructure supply chains.
• Demonstrated, hands-on understanding of the full Data Center Logistics lifecycle, ideally with hyperscale's or large data center operators.
• Proven ability to build and scale global operations across multiple transport modes, service lines, and regions.
• Deep expertise in risk management, safety culture, security, compliance, and service quality in high-value environments.
• Exposure to control towers, end-to-end visibility platforms, or global operational transformation initiatives.
