An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Supply Planner to join our dynamic DACH E2E Planning Team, supporting the European Pet cluster. In this crucial role, you will be at the heart of our supply chain, responsible for driving efficient stock management to maximize product availability while minimizing costs.
As the key interface between customer service, market logistics, and regional planning teams, you will communicate stock status, highlight supply risks, and drive mitigation plans. Your core focus will be on maintaining optimal inventory levels, managing stock age to minimize waste, and ensuring an accurate stock picture in SAP. You will also represent the supply function in market activities and champion continuous improvement by leading problem-solving initiatives.
We are looking for a candidate with solid functional knowledge of supply planning, strong communication skills, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Experience with SAP is highly desirable. DACH Supply Planner (m/w/d)
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Ensures adequate stock levels in different formats to fulfil customer orders
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and be the expert in solving inventory issues and providing key analytical data and information
- Actively manage inventory reporting
- Track inventory performance (KPI targets vs actual) and identify improvement opportunities
What are we looking for?
- First experience in Supply Chain, including experience in inventory management or materials planning roles
- FMCG experience is preferred
- First Project Management experience
- Planning systems functional knowledge
- High level of communication and customer service to build relationships and solve problems, flexibilty as well as strong organizational skills
- Fluent English and German language skills
