Chemical Developer (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:

• Planning, implementation and evaluation of development projects for lubricant systems
• Examination of customer and competitor samples
• Close coordination with our production departments to increase efficiency and improve our processes
• Supporting product developments until they are ready for series production
• Cooperative collaboration with our customers, suppliers and sister companies
• Maintenance of development documentation
• Supporting the quality control department

Qualifications:

• Successfully completed studies in chemistry (Bachelor, Master) or training as a chemical technician or industrial foreman in chemistry
• Enthusiasm for innovation
• Relevant professional experience in a comparable position in an industrial company
• High degree of initiative and motivation
• Willingness to take personal responsibility
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Ability to work in a team
• Openness and loyalty
