We are strengthening our operational leadership and are looking for a Production Manager who is ready to take ownership, develop the team and drive performance in a hands-on environment. Must

Have:

• Technical degree or further education (technician, master craftsman)
• Relevant management experience in the field of production or manufacturing
• Knowledge in Lean Management, process optimisation and occupational health and safety
• Good to very good knowledge of English and German, both written and spoke

Nice to

Have:

• Solid technical understanding as well as an analytical and structured way of working
• Experience with change processes and cultural development in the manufacturing environment
• Experience with international corporate structures
• Experience as a coach or moderator

• Lead daily production operations with full performance responsibility
• Strengthen safety culture and safe working practices
• Develop, motivate and coach the production team
• Ensure performance in quality, efficiency, delivery and availability
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and structures
• Support technical optimisation, investments and modernisation
• Collaborate closely with site management and international colleagues

• Technical background (engineering, production or similar)
• Proven leadership experience in an industrial production environment
