Manager Market Access (m/f/d)

As Manager Market Access, Focus Enteral Nutrition (m/f/d), you support the development and execution of global market access and therapeutic area value strategies across the product lifecycle. In this role, you help shape evidence-based value propositions, support differentiated product positioning, and contribute to sustainable access outcomes across diverse healthcare systems, channels, and geographies. Working closely with cross-functional and international stakeholders, you play an important role in strengthening our global market access approach for the Nutrition business.

Your Responsibilities

• Help drive and implement global market access and therapeutic area value strategies that align with commercial, medical, and regulatory objectives across reimbursed and non-reimbursed environments.
• Work closely with portfolio strategy teams on new idea discovery, concept development, and project approvals by contributing market access assessments, strategic input, and value propositions.
• Shape differentiated value propositions and product positioning for both existing and new products in close collaboration with marketing, medical, regulatory, and regional teams.
• Support and co-lead the development and rollout of global value dossiers, value narratives, and supporting communication tools.
• Partner with regional business centers and local market units to adapt global value strategies and tools to local market requirements and healthcare systems across reimbursed and non-reimbursed access environments.
• Provide training and guidance on market access and value communication to regional and local teams.
• Lead and coordinate market access, payer, and health system analyses, including stakeholder assessments, pricing and reimbursement evaluations, and evidence generation initiatives.
• Contribute to and oversee the generation, review, and synthesis of clinical, economic, and real-world evidence needed to support value communication and market access objectives.
• Support health economic and outcomes research activities and collaborate with external vendors to ensure the delivery of robust evidence aligned with strategic priorities.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships and networks with internal and external stakeholders involved in market access, healthcare policy, and therapeutic area value discussions.

Your Qualifications

• University degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, health economics, public health, or a related field. An advanced degree such as an MSc, PhD, MBA, or equivalent is considered a strong asset.
• At least 3 years of experience in market access, pricing, health economics, outcomes research, or early asset and portfolio strategy, ideally gained in global or cross-functional environments.
• Proven experience contributing to and shaping innovative market access and value strategies across the product lifecycle, with a particular focus on early-stage development and launch preparation, including products with and without formal reimbursement pathways.
• Strong understanding of clinical science, with the ability to interpret clinical data and translate scientific evidence into strategic value implications.
• Ability to bring together clinical, economic, and stakeholder perspectives to create coherent, differentiated value propositions and positioning.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, including the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Solid project management skills and experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
• Comfortable working in a complex international environment, combined with a proactive mindset, high motivation, and strong initiative.
• Fluent English skills, both spoken and written. German and additional languages are an advantage.
