What You Can Expect:

Act as the primary marketing partner for our Business Unit Warehousing Solutions, translating business objectives into impactful marketing initiatives
Develop and execute global and local marketing campaigns that strengthen market awareness and customer engagement
Lead marketing activities for product launches, ensuring successful go-to-market execution and stakeholder alignment
Create compelling sales enablement, marketing and social media content that highlights customer benefits and product differentiation
Analyze market trends, customer needs and competitive developments to identify growth opportunities and share best practices
Collaborate closely with international stakeholders across functions to drive alignment and maximize business impact

What You Bring:

Completed education or studies, ideally with a focus on Marketing, Business, Management or a comparable qualification
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Product Marketing, Marketing or a related commercial function, ideally within logistics, supply chain or a comparable B2B environment
Strong understanding of products, customer needs and market dynamics, ideally within the logistics industry
Confident and professional communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders, drive initiatives forward and build strong cross-functional relationships
Proactive, customer-focused and results-oriented mindset with a high level of ownership
Strong analytical and data-driven thinking combined with a global perspective and commercial awareness
High degree of flexibility, resilience and hands-on mentality in a dynamic international environment
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, align different interests and achieve results in a matrix organization
Professional communication skills in English and German, both written and spoken; English at a minimum B2 level
