We are looking for you to drive enterprise-widetransformation initiatives that shift the company towards being tech-, data,and customer-driven. Not just structurally, but in mindset and behavior. This position is part of our HR Taskforce, driving transformation and growth in close collaboration with our HR experts at DKV Mobility.

- You areresponsible for leading complex, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives end-to-end,from diagnostic assessment to execution and value realization.
- You own thetranslation of corporate and business strategy into scalable, outcome-driventransformation roadmaps.
- You areaccountable for fundamentally challenging and reshaping ways of working,decision-making models, and organizational culture.
- You functionas a (senior) sparring partner to executives, supporting critical decisions andshaping transformation priorities.
- You designand lead high-impact leadership workshops and interventions that drivealignment and commitment at scale.
- Youidentify and remove structural, operational, and cultural frictions that limitorganizational effectiveness.
- You ensuresustainable impact by anchoring transformation outcomes in behavior, leadershippractices, and governance.
- You takefull ownership for transformation results, moving beyond advisory input tomeasurable, lasting outcomes.
What makes you stand out
- You bring several years of experience in transformation, strategy, and/oroperating model work and are excited to shape change at scale.
- You have a strong strategy/management consulting backgroundand confidently engage senior stakeholders to solve complex challenges.
- You have hands-on exposure to large-scale transformation programs,including culture and behavior change, and know what it takes to turn ambitioninto action.
- You ideally bring some in-house experience (not purely consulting) andenjoy partnering with teams to make change stick in the day-to-day business.
- You build trust quickly and bring people together, driving leadershipalignment and sustained engagement across functions.
- You are outcome-driven and deliver measurable progress on transformationroadmaps-creating tangible improvements in decision-making and behaviors.
- You thrive in an international, dynamic environment and enjoycollaborating across diverse teams and perspectives.
- You are fluent in German and English and communicate with clarity andimpact across all levels.
