Your Tasks

• Collect, validate, and analyze operational data
• Monitor service quality and delivery performance
• Track and support key performance indicators (KPIs) such as scan rate, delivery success rate, and turnaround time
• Train customer service staff (on-site and remote) to ensure consistent performance
• Serve as a central point of contact for resolving operational issues (e.g., system errors, equipment failures, compliance issues)

Your Profil

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• At least 5 years of professional experience in logistics or warehousing
• Experience in team leadership (at least 3 employees)
• Strong analytical skills and confident handling of data and KPIs
• Proven ability to master operational challenges in a real-world work environment
• Fluent in Chinese and English
