Sales Development Representative (all genders)

You're not cold-calling from a script. You're building Prospeum's sales pipeline from the ground up - inbound and outbound, strategy and execution, from first touch to qualified meeting.

Tasks

  • Build and execute outbound prospecting campaigns targeting enterprise procurement, compliance, and IT decision-makers.
  • Research and identify high-potential accounts across banking, manufacturing, automotive, and public sectors.
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing, events, and partner referrals.
  • Craft personalized outreach sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone) that cut through enterprise noise.
  • Book qualified discovery meetings for the CEO and Sales Engineer.
  • Manage and optimize the top-of-funnel pipeline in CRM.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and webinars to generate leads and build relationships.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on content ideas, campaign targeting, and lead magnets.
  • Track metrics obsessively: response rates, conversion rates, pipeline contribution-and optimize relentlessly.
  • Build the SDR playbook: sequences, ICP definitions, objection handling, competitive positioning.


Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales development, business development, or a related outbound role-ideally in SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline: you've booked meetings, not just sent emails.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach-phone, email, LinkedIn, events. You don't shy away from rejection.
  • Strong writing skills: your outreach reads like a human wrote it, not a template.
  • Structured and disciplined: you manage your pipeline, track your numbers, and follow up religiously.
  • Entrepreneurial energy-you're building a function, not joining a machine.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar).
  • Interest in procurement, supply chain, or enterprise SaaS is a plus.
  • Fluent in German and strong in English.
  • Bonus: experience with AI-powered sales tools, intent data platforms, or account-based marketing.
