What we expect

The "Central Spare Parts Business Excellence (SPBE) ProgrammeManagement Office" monitors and tracks the programme's implementation,progress and financial results across the various country organisations.
  • You will support the programme management team in preparing local meetings and presentations, such as determining the formats, content and frequency of communications.
  • Working on the SPBE project means that you will need to understand the business processes and support consistent potential calculation within the tracking tools across the various countries.
  • You will also collaborate with SPBE experts to facilitate the programme rollout.


Who we are looking for

  • You are a registered student (m/f/d) studying business, administration or a related subject
  • You are willing to support operational tasks, either at office or rolling up your sleeves and supporting activities in the field (branch, local warehouse, central warehouse)
  • Ideally, you have knowledge of general administration or project management: business and management principles in the service industry, supply chains and business processes
  • You have good written and spoken communication skills in English - other languages are an advantage (e.g. German, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese or Korean)
  • You have a keen eye for detail and technical specifics
  • You have a solid grasp of MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; proficiency in Power BI is an advantage
  • You possess organisational skills - planning, prioritising and meeting deadlines
  • You have the ability to understand financial reports and track calculation methods for cost savings
  • And finally, you have good interpersonal skills and are capable of multitasking
