Account Manager
Location: Mid / North Germany

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to promote and sell Clarks footwear across North Germany . The ideal candidate will live in central Germany. Responsible for managing and developing wholesale accounts across the region, driving seasonal order books, in-season trading opportunities and supporting the continued growth of the Clarks brand in Germany.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with retail partners, department stores, and independent footwear retailers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in his area.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive account management and business development.
- Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and seasonal collection launches for retail staff.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights for strategic planning.
- Ensure brand standards and merchandising guidelines are upheld in partner stores.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement local promotional campaigns.
- Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and update the CRM system.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the footwear, fashion, or retail industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively across the region.
- Familiarity with the North German retail market and existing industry connections are a plus.
- Fluency in German and English is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
