To strengthen our team in Hamburg, we are looking for a Key Account Manager FMCG (m/f/d). In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing our regional key account activities in the German retail sector.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Own customer relationships and lead annual negotiations at regional level

  • Develop and implement regional sales and go-to-market strategies

  • Identify and maximize sales potential while managing revenue and distribution targets

  • Create customer business plans based on shopper insights and commercial data

  • Build and maintain long-term, sustainable customer relationships

  • Conduct market and competitor analyses

  • Work closely with field sales, marketing, category management, and finance teams


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Key Account Management within an FMCG company, ideally in food

  • Completed degree in business administration, economics, or a related field

  • Strong knowledge of the German retail landscape (grocery sector preferred)

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Strong analytical mindset with a results-driven approach

  • Confident in using MS Office and modern sales tools

  • Good English language skills
