Senior Expert Sourcing Management (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Expert IT Procurement Management (m/f/d). In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire procurement process, ensuring that Exyte's IT hardware, software, services, and in-house contractor (IHC) needs are fulfilled efficiently and cost-effectively.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Lead the operational aspects of procurement, including identifying and selecting suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery capabilities
• Develop and implementprocurement strategiesthat align with IT organizational goals and objectives
• Manage and oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from negotiation and drafting to renewal and termination
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across all procurement activities
• Monitor contract performance and ensure adherence to terms and conditions throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Oversee the contract registration process and maintain accurate records
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within procurement activities, both internally and externally
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure contract scope, terms, and budget align with business objectives

Show your expertise

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, finance, IT or a related field
• Proven experience in IT procurement or a similar role with a strong focus on contract management and vendor negotiations in a global context
• Knowledge of global procurement processes, contract law and data protection regulations
• Knowledge of procurement management software and tools, with a strong understanding of IT systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on ensuring compliance and making data-driven decisions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Exceptional organisational skills with a focus on ensuring compliance and managing complex procurement processes
• Fluency in German required; English language skills preferred
