Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage small to medium-sized projects with minimal supervision
• Support larger projects, programmes, bids, and strategic initiatives
• Assist with contract administration, tender evaluation, and procurement
• Support risk and value management, reporting, and stakeholder communication
• Ensure compliance with health & safety (H&S), quality assurance (QA), and client governance requirements
• Support and begin mentoring junior team members
• Develop project programmes and coordinate stakeholders

Experience & Qualifications

• Ideally degree-qualified (or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the construction industry
• Project management qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, RICS, MAPM) are desirable
• Experience across the full project lifecycle and managing multiple projects simultaneously
