Internship / Working Student - Physics Simulation for Medical Soft-Body Modeling (f/m/x)

Your Role

Combine your studies with hands-on experience in a role that can be structured as either an internship or a working student position, depending on your availability.

Join our R&D team and work with scientists and research engineers on applied research and prototyping in medical soft-body simulation for at least four months, ideally longer.

Your Profile
  • Enrolled in a Master's program in Biomedical Engineering, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field
  • Programming skills in Python; C++ is a plus
  • Solid understanding of computational modeling methods
  • Solid understanding of geometry processing and mesh data structures
  • Good communication skills in English; German is a plus
  • You are curious, proactive, and collaborative, and you enjoy tackling challenging research-to-product problems


Nice to have
  • Experience with simulation software such as Ansys, COMSOL, or Abaqus
  • Project or coursework experience in biomechanical modeling, soft-body simulation, or surgical simulation
  • Familiarity with modeling software
