DEINE AUFGABEN

Als SAP Industry Cloud Architect mit Schwerpunkt Retail (Einzelhandel, Großhandel oder Konsumgüter) spielst du eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Konzeption und Implementierung moderner End-to-End-Retail-Lösungen auf Basis des SAP Industry Cloud Portfolios. Diese Lösungen bilden das Rückgrat skalierbarer, datengetriebener Handelsunternehmen.

Du wirst Teil unseres wachsenden ERP-Teams und unterstützt unsere Kunden dabei, von fragmentierten Systemlandschaften zu durchgängig vernetzten Prozessen über Filialen, E-Commerce und Supply Chain hinweg zu wechseln - unter Einsatz von SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition und SAP Industry Cloud.

Dein Aufgabenbereich beinhaltet:

• Konzeption und Optimierung von End-to-End-Retail-Prozessen mit Fokus auf Order Management, Basket Sourcing, Omnichannel Pricing und POS-Integration
• Vorantreiben von ERP-Transformationsinitiativen mit einem starken Fit-to-Standard-Ansatz und Fokus auf Einfachheit sowie Skalierbarkeit
• Leitung von Workshops mit Business-Stakeholdern aus den Bereichen Retail, E-Commerce und Supply Chain zur Analyse von Anforderungen und zur kritischen Hinterfragung bestehender Prozesse
• Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in strukturierte, skalierbare SAP-Lösungen sowie Integration in das SAP Industry Cloud Portfolio
• Unterstützung bei Tests, Go-Live- und Rollout-Aktivitäten unter Sicherstellung hoher Qualität und starker User Adoption
• Beratung von Kunden hinsichtlich der strategischen Nutzung von ERP- und Industry-Cloud-Lösungen zur Unterstützung moderner Retail-Geschäftsmodelle
• Unterstützung und Mentoring von Junior Consultants sowie aktiver Beitrag zum Ausbau unserer Retail ERP & Industry Cloud Kompetenz
• Laufende Weiterbildung zu Entwicklungen rund um SAP S/4HANA Cloud und SAP Industry Cloud, aktuellen Retail-Trends sowie Best Practices in der ERP-Transformation

YOUR SKILLS
Essential Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an SAP Consultant, ideally in retail or consumer-facing industries
• Proven experience with SAP Industry Cloud (specially SAP Ordermanagement Foundation, SAP Ordermanagement for Sourcing & Availability, SAP Omnichannel Sales Transaction and Audit)
• Strong understanding of retail business processes, especially in areas such as:
  
  • SAP Omnichannel Promotion Pricing (OPPS)
  • SAP Ordermanagement Foundation (OMF)
  • SAP Ordermanagement for Sourcing & Availability (OMSA)
  • SAP Omnichannel Sales Transaction and Audit (OSTA)
  • S/4 HANA Sales (former Sales & Distribution / SD)
  • S/4 HANA Sourcing & Procurement (former Material Management / MM)
• Experience in retail ERP transformation projects (e.g. SAP Industry CloudS/4HANA implementations or migrations)
• Strong ability to think in end-to-end processes, not isolated modules
• Experience in leading workshops and working closely with business stakeholders
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in German (min. C1 level) and English (min. B2 level)
• Ability to work independently and as part of an agile, cross-functional team

Beneficial Skills

• Experience with omnichannel setups (store + e-commerce integration)

• Knowledge of retail-specific topics such as pricing, promotions, or assortment management

• Initial experience in mentoring or leading small teams
