Measurement Technician and Camera Operator (m/f/d)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES IN MEASUREMENT TECHNOLOGY:
• Operation of the industrial computed tomography scanner (Werth TomoScope L)
• Measurement of plastic parts using 3D coordinate measuring machines (Mitutoyo) and standard measuring equipment
• Handling of initial sampling and production measurements
• Conducting and documenting process capability analyses
• Creation of measurement programs
• Documentation of measurement results
• Calibration of testing equipment
• Monitoring maintenance intervals for measuring equipment
• Evaluation of plastic properties and plastic articles, etc.
• Decision-making/participation regarding changes during the course of the project

MAIN FUNCTIONS OF VIDEO SURVEILLANCE:
• Creation, maintenance, and optimization of video surveillance systems
• Creation and monitoring of test patterns
• Daily functional testing of the camera
• Creation of user levels
• Conducting user training sessions
• Coordinating maintenance work with manufacturers

PREREQUISITES:
• Completed training as a metrology technician (AUKOM or equivalent)
• Good knowledge of manufacturing processes
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Understanding of the technical aspects related to the function of plastic parts and molded parts
• Ability to read part drawings/mold drawings
