Tasks:
- Independent execution of all work for the creation of descriptive technical documentation, taking into account the existing specifications and processes
- Review, evaluation of the required documents and regulations for correctness and usability as well as assignment to appropriate assemblies
- Creation of graphic designs and review of implementation
- Consideration and incorporation of the results as well as updating of the content as a result of technical and procedural changes
- Cross-company and cross-departmental interface work and research
- Creation of work orders as well as their management and control within the team.
- Participation in project meetings internally and, if necessary, externally (e.g. kick-off meetings, status discussions).
- Compilation of deliveries for the Client.
- Monitoring compliance with workflows and processes
- Ensuring the required quality standards and delivery dates.
- Support in maintaining the project management tools for work preparation and planning.
- Cooperation with the project manager
- Submission of suggestions for improvement to increase the efficiency of existing processes
- Support in the preparation of bid documents (technical).
Requirements:
- Completed technical studies or state-certified technician
- Ideally, professional experience in the field of technical documentation (ASD specifications S1000D and H011)
- Sound technical knowledge in the field of mechanical engineering / automotive
- Basic knowledge of technical documentation
- Experience in handling military equipment desirable
- Ability to work in a team
- Analytical thinking
- Excellent communication skills
