About the position
We are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic and detail oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our Industry team.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our Industry Sales organization by ensuring efficient processes, excellent customer service, and seamless order handling.
Working within a specialized team focused on premium Industry products, you will collaborate closely with internal departments to deliver the highest level of service to our customers.

SSAB Europe is responsible for sales of strip, heavy plate and tubular products in Europe, the global business in the Automotive customer segment (AHSS) and for steel and plate production in Raahe and Hämeenlinna, Finland, and in Luleå and Borlänge, Sweden.
About the position
We are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic and detail oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our Industry team.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our Industry Sales organization by ensuring efficient processes, excellent customer service, and seamless order handling.
Working within a specialized team focused on premium Industry products, you will collaborate closely with internal departments to deliver the highest level of service to our customers.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the Industry Sales team
- Manage and coordinate customer orders from entry to delivery
- Ensure accurate and timely order administration in relevant systems
- Act as a key point of contact for customer inquiries and communication
- Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, production, and logistics teams
- Support the sales organization in delivering outstanding customer service
- Monitor order status and proactively resolve issues
- Monitor stocks including stock replenishment
About You
- You have completed commercial or business-related education
- You have some initial experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, or Order Management
- You possess strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- You enjoy working collaboratively in a team and across departments
- You are confident in using MS Office and ERP systems
- You are fluent in both English and German
