Medical Analyst

About the Role

Culmen is seeking a Medical Analyst to support our mission in Lamdshuhl, Germany.

The Medical Analyst provides scientific, administrative, and operational support for laboratory surveillance, medical reporting, research coordination, and stakeholder engagement activities. The position serves as a liaison between German and English-speaking partners and supports data analysis and program reporting.

What You'll Do in Your New Role

• Collect, analyze, and interpret medical and laboratory data.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and briefings.
• Translate scientific and medical documents between German and English.
• Coordinate activities with host nation partners and military stakeholders.
• Support disease surveillance and epidemiological activities.
• Track program metrics and performance indicators.
• Maintain databases and reporting systems.
• Assist with research documentation and regulatory submissions.

Required Qualifications

• Must have at least an intermediate high school diploma
• 5+ years of experience performing the administrative duties aligned with this position
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to pass a background screening.
• Fluent in English and German
