David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a young financial/FX company led by a management team with over 20 years of experience. Their mission is to simplify trading complexities and deliver excellence to clients across multiple continents and countries. Currently looking to hire a Senior FX Dealer.


Position: Senior FX Dealer

Location: MENA/APAC

Work model: Remote

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and optimise company trading risk exposure across FX, metals, indices, and CFD products

• Oversee execution quality, liquidity management, and hedging processes

• Configure and administer MT5, cTrader, and Centroid trading environments

• Monitor market conditions and implement appropriate risk control measures

• Analyse trading flow to identify performance and profitability improvement opportunities

• Investigate complex trading incidents and client disputes

• Prepare and present dealing, risk, and performance reports to senior management

• Support onboarding, training, and supervision of junior dealers

• Coordinate with liquidity providers, technology teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth trading operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-5 years' experience in dealing, risk management, or brokerage environment

• Proven experience with MetaTrader 5 (MT5) Manager/Admin

• Previous experieence / knowledge of cTrader & Centroid will be considered as an advantage

• Strong understanding of A-Book, B-Book, and hybrid execution models

• Deep knowledge of FX, metals, indices, and CFD markets

• Experience managing liquidity, exposure, and trading risk

• Experience working in fast-growing brokerage environments

• Knowledge of CRM systems and brokerage back-office operations

• Familiarity with automation tools, AI solutions, or workflow optimisation

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
