Construction Director (m/f/d)

For our projects in the Frankfurt, Dresden area and other locations across Germany, you will take full responsibility as Construction Director (m/f/d) for the execution of complex EPC projects in the Data Center and high-tech industries.
You will lead large site teams, manage all construction activities, and drive project success with both strategic vision and operational excellence.
Explore your tasks and responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for construction execution (EHS, cost, schedule, quality)
- Leadership and management of the entire site organization
- Planning of construction strategies, sequences, and schedules
- Management of subcontractors as well as contract and risk management
- Ensuring compliance with Exyte standards and EHS requirements
- Reporting to senior management and coordination with internal interfaces
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Driving continuous improvement of construction processes and performance
Show your expertise
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Extensive experience in EPC projects and large-scale construction
- Experience in Data Centers, Semiconductors, or similar industries is a plus
- Proven leadership experience managing large teams
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and project execution
- Excellent communication skills in English and German
- Willingness to travel within Germany
