Winter Semester 2026/27 - Fixed term of 5-6 months

YOUR TASKS:

Actively participate in improvement projects, e.g., the introduction of matrix production, and take responsibility for subprojects in Lean Production.
Develop creative solutions to increase productivity and quality.
Support the introduction of new products, e.g., by designing workstations, tools, and manufacturing processes.
Plan layouts using modern layout software and implement them practically on the shop floor.

YOUR PROFILE:

Enrolled in a technical, business, or comparable field of study.
Ideally, some initial experience with Lean Production, layout systems, and SAP PP.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Enjoy hands-on work in production and demonstrate initiative.
Independent and structured working style.
Strong team and communication skills.
