THE POSITION

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to grow our presence in Germany ( Frankfurt, Köln, Düsseldorf, Stuttgart) .

In this strategic role, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, promoting our full suite of hospitality solutions, and closing impactful deals.

You will act as a true business partner to your clients, understanding their challenges and demonstrating how D-EDGE's cutting-edge technology can drive measurable commercial results.

Your main responsabilities will be to :
  • Prospect and engage hotels and hotel groups in your assigned territory, identifying key decision-makers (GMs, Revenue Managers, etc.).
  • Present and promote D-EDGE's solutions (Booking Engine, Channel Manager, Analytics tools, etc.), tailoring proposals to client needs.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships to grow and manage a high-value client portfolio.
  • Lead the full sales cycle: from pitch to negotiation and closing, consistently meeting or exceeding your sales targets.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as the voice of your clients internally by sharing feedback and insights to improve our offerings.
  • Represent D-EDGE at industry trade shows and events in Germany to enhance brand visibility and generate new leads.
  • You will be expected to visit your prospects regularly, with frequent travel required in the areas of Frankfurt, Köln, Düsseldorf, and Stuttgart.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
  • Proven experience in the hospitality industry
  • A solid track record in B2B sales, with at least 5 years of commercial experience.
  • A deep understanding of the hotel distribution landscape and its key players (OTAs, CRS, Channel Managers, etc.).
  • You are self-driven, results-oriented, and a natural relationship builder.
  • You are 100% fluent in German and in English
