Product Manager Spectrum Monitoring Software (m/f/d)

Shape the future of spectrum-monitoring software from strategy to market.

Your tasks

  • In this role, you expand and optimize the spectrum-monitoring software portfolio.
  • You define the product vision, market positioning, and value propositions.
  • You develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap and manage the full product lifecycle from concept to launch.
  • You engage with customers, analyze use cases, and derive system and software requirements.
  • You build ROI-based business cases and prioritize roadmap items.
  • You collaborate closely with engineering to define requirements, provide architectural guidance, and set acceptance criteria.
  • You monitor market trends and the competitive landscape in system software and define go-to-market strategies, pricing, and commercial models (e.g., SaaS).
  • You support cross-functional teams across sales, project management, and systems engineering and represent the portfolio at industry events, exhibitions, and standardization workshops.

Your qualifications

  • You have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications, or a related field and operate confidently in both technical and commercial environments.
  • You demonstrate solid knowledge of the global spectrum-monitoring market and relevant RF and signal-analysis concepts (e.g., SDR, detection/classification); this is considered a strong plus.
  • You have experience with system-software products, UX/UI, and requirements engineering.
  • You are familiar with AI/ML technologies, databases, cloud-native deployments, and SaaS models.
  • You possess strong communication and presentation skills.
  • You show a proven track record of bringing products successfully to market in regulated environments.
  • You are able to apply market insights to guide product strategy and stakeholder decision-making.
  • You are fluent in German and English and are willing to travel.
