Responsibilities
- You develop Blockbrain's marketing strategy and translate it into clear priorities for brand, demand, and market positioning
- You sharpen our narrative around knowledge management, AI, security, and compliance and turn it into a strong, credible market story
- You own the development of a scalable demand generation strategy with a focus on pipeline, conversion, and measurable growth
- You lead content, brand, and thought leadership formats across website, LinkedIn, PR, events, case studies, and whitepapers
- You work closely with Founders, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align messaging, campaigns, and go-to-market efforts
- You continue to build Blockbrain as a trusted enterprise brand and ensure a clear, recognizable market presence
- You manage agencies, external partners, and budgets, and decide what should be built in-house and what should be scaled externally
- You lead the marketing team functionally and disciplinarily, develop structures, roles, and processes, and ensure strong execution

- Use AI tools to speed up marketing work - e.g. for research, campaign ideation, content drafting, and summarizing insights
- Work with data and AI-assisted analysis to better understand performance, sharpen messaging, and improve decision-making
- Experiment with new AI workflows and help translate learnings into smarter, more efficient marketing processes

Your Profile
- 8+ years of professional experience in B2B or enterprise marketing, ideally in SaaS, tech, or an ambitious startup environment
- Several years of leadership experience - you have built, developed, or led teams functionally and/or disciplinarily
- Proven experience in building brand, positioning, and messaging for complex products or target groups
- A strong understanding of go-to-market, demand generation, content marketing, and pipeline-oriented marketing
- Experience in turning complex topics into clear, compelling messages
- The ability to think strategically and stay close to execution without losing sight of what matters
- A confident presence with Founders, C-level, Sales, and external stakeholders
- Very good communication skills in German and English
- A leadership style that is clear, respectful, thoughtful, and reliable
