Job description
• Independent management and processing of ocean freight shipments from A to Z
• Acting as a point of contact and interface between customers, our network, and our business partners
• Performance analyses and initiation of continuous improvements within your area of responsibility
• Negotiations with service providers
• Invoicing of ocean freight shipments with full cost control and results overview

Applicant's profile
• Completed commercial vocational training as a freight forwarding agent
• Very good MS Office skills
• Independent working style and high level of commitment
• Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and ability to work in a team
• Confident command of English, both spoken and written
