Unit Head Marine Crew

As Unit Head Marine Crew, you are responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the Marine Crewing unit within Allseas. In close colaboration with the Unit Head Construction Crew and Crew Operations, you ensure that our offshore vessels are manned with the right people. You report directly to the Vice President HR.

You translate business and fleet requirements into a clear crewing strategy, drive continuous improvement across planning, HR and learning & development, and safeguard professional standards within marine crewing.

What we expect from you

To be successful in this role, you should largely recognise yourself in the following profile:

• Bachelors degree (or equivalent by experience), preferably in HR, business administration or a related field
• Proven experience in offshore crewing, HR leadership, or complex workforce planning environments
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate operational demand into practical solutions
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable operating at senior and executive level, both internally and externally
• Strong command of English, spoken and written (additional languages are an asset)
• Willingness to travel and visit vessels on an occasional basis
