JOB PURPOSE

As Site Finance Manager, you will act as the financial leaderof a key manufacturing site producing packaging solutions for the healthcare industry, partnering closely with the Plant General Manager and leadership team to drive performance, profitability, investment decisions and sustainable growth.

Joining a well-established and high-performing operation, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the next phase of the site's development. Significant investments have been made to sustain growth and operational excellence, creating an environment where strong financial leadership, performance focus and business partnership are critical to success.

Beyond ensuring financial accuracy and compliance, you will serve as atrusted business partner to operations, providing the financial insight and challenge needed to drive results. Reporting to the Finance Director of the Healthcare Business Unit, you will lead the local finance team while working closely with both site leadership and an international finance organization.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Lead Financial Planning, Reporting & Performance Management


Own financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, working capital and cash flow management, delivering actionable insights to support business performance and decision-making.

  • Drive Business Performance


Partner with the Plant General Manager and leadership team to analyze manufacturing performance, challenge assumptions and support operational decision-making.

  • Support Investment & Continuous Improvement


Evaluate capital investments, monitor project performance and drive improvements in financial processes, controls and reporting.

  • Lead and Develop the Finance Team


Manage, coach and develop the local finance team while fostering collaboration across site, regional and corporate stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONs / REQUIREMENTS

  • Solid experience infinance leadership roles,

  • Proven experience in manufacturing finance or plant controlling (budgeting, forecasting, cost controlling, inventory management, CAPEX and P&L ownership),

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and performance drivers,

  • Fluent German (C1/C2) and professional English (B1/B2),

  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships with operational leaders, influence decision-making and collaborate effectively within a matrix organization,

  • Previous people management experience, with a track record of leading, developing and motivating finance teams,

  • Experience with SAP is considered an advantage.
