Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking proficient German-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting Imperial Brands in Greece. This position involves delivering exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients, assisting with inquiries related to Imperial Brands' products and services, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and courteous support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding Imperial Brands' products and services.
  • Assist customers with questions, complaints, order processing, and after-sales support.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
  • Stay informed about product developments, company policies, and industry regulations to provide accurate information.
  • Contribute feedback to improve customer service processes and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is advantageous.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within FMCG or related industries.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital customer service platforms.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a multicultural workplace.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
