For our People & Culture department at our plant in Bremerhaven we are looking for a motivated

Student (f/m/d) to join us as soon as possible for an

Internship in HR - Process & Systems (f/m/d)

Do you want to understand how modern HR processes work and how systems help make organizations more efficient? In this internship, you will gain valuable insights into the design, optimization, and digitalization of People & Culture processes.

Your tasks: We make the difference together

• Support in analyzing, optimizing, and documenting HR processes (e.g., recruiting, learning, performance management)
• Contribute to the implementation and further development of our HR systems
• Create communication materials, presentations, and documentation
• Collaborate on projects related to digitalization and automation in HR
• Take ownership of your own project - depending on scope, topics may include AI in HR, people analytics, or other future-oriented areas

Your profile: We like what makes you stand out

• You are an enrolled student in business administration, HR, business informatics, or a related field
• Interest in HR processes, digitalization, and system landscapes
• Analytical mindset and a structured, independent way of working
• Initial experience in HR or working with enterprise systems is a plus, but not required
• Very good command of English
