• Establish KPIs, quality controls, and standards for client communication, service quality, and operational workflows.
• Act as the senior point of contact for selected clients, complex requirements, and escalations.
• Manage and prioritize Fund Operations processes for venture capital and private equity fund structures.
• Support the technical, professional, and personal development of Client Managers and Young Talents.
• Drive the standardization and scaling of operational processes across Germany and the India-based SSO team.
• Drive the optimization and further development of digital and AI-driven processes, automation, and system-based ways of working to enable scalable, high-quality operations.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
• Several years of leadership experience in a client-focused financial services business, ideally within alternative investment management, with a clear focus on responsible resources planning to ensure sustainable and effective operational execution.
• Strong understanding of venture capital and private equity fund structures as well as operational end-to-end processes.
• Experience in quality management, governance, KPI management and talent development.
• Very good knowledge of financial assets, audit, accounting and transactions.
• Experience in professional client communication and handling complex client requirements and escalations.
• Strong understanding of and affinity for process standardization, AI-enabled quality control, and operational scaling.
• Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach and strong operational execution skills.
• Strong affinity for transforming client-oriented processes towards a data delivery operating model supported by the India-based SSO team
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
Benefits
What We Offer
• A key leadership role with significant scope to shape a scalable FundOps operating model.
• The opportunity to actively develop team structures, quality standards, processes, and international collaboration.
• Flexible and location-independent working model, with up to 10 days of mobile working per month.
• 30 days of annual leave plus additional days off on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.
• HVV Deutschlandticket with 100% employer subsidy.
