Your tasks:
- Support payroll operations with a strong focus on systems, tools, and processes
- Analyze and handle payroll-related tickets (Level 1), identify patterns and improvement potential
- Support automation initiatives (e.g. Agents, workflow optimisation, low-code solutions)
- Assist in data checks, validations, and reconciliations between payroll, time management, and HR systems
- Help improve process efficiency, data quality, and documentation
- Collaborate closely with payroll and HR IT colleagues on digitalisation and system improvements
What we are looking for:
- You are currently studying, ideally with a focus on Human Resources, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field
- Strong interest in process automation, systems, and data handling
- You have a quick grasp and the ability to work independently and accurately
- A high level of customer and service orientation is one of your strengths
- For you, teamwork means supporting each other, solving problems together and learning together
- You are not satisfied with the status quo, and you are looking for opportunities to accomplish your tasks even better and more efficiently
- Fluent in German and very good English language skills complete your profile
