What You Will Do
- Assist users with technical queries related to a global search engine platform.
- Provide clear, friendly, and solution-oriented support via chat, email, or phone.
- Navigate a fast-paced environment, actively implementing feedback to level up your skills.
Work Schedule & Flexibility
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM - 08:00 PM (Rotational shifts)
- Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM
Days Off: 2 Rotational days off per week
Compensation & Perks
We value your hard work and offer a structured, rewarding compensation package:
- Base Salary 1,100 14 times per year
- Performance Bonus 135 14 times per year
- Attendance Bonus 120 11 times per year
What We Are Looking For
- Fluency in either French, Italian, German, or Dutch (written and spoken).
- Strong communication skills and a genuine empathy for the user experience.
- Comfortable with change, open to continuous feedback, and eager to learn.
