Dann werde HR Operations Assistant bei Experian!
Gemeinsam mit Deinem Team arbeitest Du in einem spannenden und internationalen Umfeld und bist fur die Betreuung unserer ca. 220 Mitarbeiter im DACH Markt zustandig. Bei uns hast Du ein abwechslungsreiches Aufgabengebiet, kannst Verantwortung ubernehmen und Deine Expertise in unterschiedliche HR-Projekte einbringen.
- Administrative Unterstutzung bei samtlichen Themen entlang des Employee Life Cycle, z. Bsp. Betriebsratsanhorungen, Vertragserstellung und Dokumentation
- Erstellung von Zeugnissen fur Mitarbeiter
- Fuhren der digitalen Personalakte sowie Stammdatenpflege in Oracle und Accurat HCM
- Administrative Unterstutzung im Personalbereich
- Unterstutzung bei Dokumentenvorbereitung fur Mitarbeiter u.A. Benefits
- Vorbereitung der Lohnunterlagen (Verschlusselung und Upload) sowie Erstellung von Fallen fur den operativen Lohn
Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene kaufmannische Berufsausbildung
- Mehrjahrige Berufserfahrung im Personalwesen wunschenswert
- Erfahrung im internationalen Konzernumfeld vorteilhaft
- Versierter Umgang mit dem MS Office Paket
- Selbststandige, organisierte Arbeitsweise und Freude an der Arbeit im Team
- Serviceorientierung und Hands-On-Mentalitat
