You can look forward to these exciting tasks during your training:
- Combination of theoretical phases at Hochschule Stralsund, Duale Hochschule Gera-Eisenach, or Hochschule Wismar with practical phases at Webasto Thermo & Comfort SE in Neubrandenburg
- Practical experience depending on the study program (Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechatronics & Automation, Engineering - Design, Industrial Engineering with a focus on Logistics, or Electrical Engineering) in various technical departments
- Participation in projects related to heating and cooling systems, thermal management, and e-mobility
- Insights into development, design, production, logistics, and quality assurance
- Building a broad technical foundation
This is what you bring to us:
- (Technical) high school diploma or equivalent qualification with good grades in mathematics and natural sciences
- Interest in a technical dual study program in the mentioned fields of study
- Enthusiasm for technical issues and the automotive industry
- Analytical thinking skills, teamwork, and initiative
- Motivation to familiarize yourself with new technologies and take on responsibility
You can expect fair compensation from us:
- 1st year of training: 1.223,00 Euro
- 2nd year of training: 1.325,00 Euro
- 3rd year of training: 1.412,00 Euro
- 4th year of training: 1.493,00 Euro
