You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

• As a quality engineer, you work in the team responsible for battery pack and cell module manufacturing.
• You are the point of contact for the quality departments of automotive manufacturers and the internal departments at the plant for all quality-related topics.
• You resolve qualitative product and process issues together with the battery team by securely applying root cause analysis methods and defining effective measures.
• Quality planning (APQP), risk analyses (P-FMEA), production control plans
• Inspection equipment and process capability studies
• Product approvals (PPAP), auditing, and approval of manufacturing processes

• Engineering studies
• Knowledge of the requirements from the standards IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3
• Good knowledge of quality tools (APQP, PPAP, 8D report, etc.)
• English language skills and willingness to travel occasionally nationally and internationally
• Responsible, motivated, and team-oriented working style
