(Senior) Total Rewards Expert (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:
- You continuously develop and enhance our global Compensation & Benefits strategy, setting impulses for modern and competitive reward approaches.
- You conduct job evaluations own and further evolve the job architecture and grading structures, actively driving the development of our job evaluation methodology.
- You perform in-depth compensation data analyses and steer both internal and external benchmarking to ensure transparency and market competitiveness.
- You design and manage the annual salary budget and salary review process, working closely with HR, Finance, and top management.
- You design and implement modern variable compensation programs (STI / LTI) and other reward programs and ensure their continuous improvement.
- You ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., CSRD, EU Pay Transparency Directive) and integrate them effectively into HR processes.
- You continuously review and improve compensation and benefits processes to enhance efficiency, employee experience, and business impact.
- As a strategic sparring partner, you advise HR Business Partners and senior leaders at eye level and contribute your expertise to global HR initiatives.
Your Profile:
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources or a comparable field
- Minimum 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits, within large international organizations or complex structures.
- Strong expertise in job evaluation, grading structures, and modern compensation models
- Proven experience in managing complex salary review processes and designing variable compensation systems (STI / LTI)
- Solid knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., EU Pay Transparency, CSRD)
- Experience in managing complex Compensation & Benefits projects.
- Strong analytical skills combined with high attention to detail, confident handling of compensation data and benchmarking tools and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent consulting and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken. German language skills are an advantage.
