About this Position
Leads European analytics and network design teams to turn complex supply chain data into clear insights, optimization models, and decisions that improve cost, service, and resilience. Partners closely with Performance Management and senior stakeholders to ensure analytics are consistent, actionable, and embedded in business strategy. The Supply Chain Analytics & Network Design Manager is part of the European Supply Chain Enablement Leadership team driving transformative Supply Chain projects for ~3Bn€ European adhesives business

What you'll do
  • Define and execute the regional supply chain analytics +network design strategy aligned with business and operational priorities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of 7 data analysts and network design specialists
  • Translate business questions into advanced analytics, optimization, and machine-learning use cases that drive measurable impact
  • Establish common analytics methodologies, tools, and governance to ensure data quality, accuracy, and scalability
  • Drive adoption of analytics solutions across planning, logistics, customer service, and cost management
  • Design, maintain, and evolve supply chain network models in the tool Optilogic (warehousing, transportation, and inventory flows) to optimize cost, service levels, and capacity under real-world constraints
  • Lead scenario-based network optimization (e.g., growth, footprint changes, disruption risks, make-vs-buy) to support strategic decisions and long-term planning
What makes you a good fit
  • Degree in Supply Chain, Data Science, Business Analytics or related field; Master's preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain analytics or data science, including 2+ years in people leadership
  • Proven experience in supply chain network design and scenario based optimization (warehousing, transportation, inventory)
  • Strong hands on expertise in advanced analytics, optimization, and machine learning
  • Fluent English skills
