Customer Care Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a new colleague (m/f/d) to join our Customer Care Team in Essen. The sooner we can start together, the better!

• Both our external and internal customers rely on you: you will support project execution in the area of management system certification and bring a strong passion for service and problem-solving.
• You will manage your customers from the initial offer stage through audit planning all the way to certificate issuance, providing proof of our successfully completed services.
• You will have close contact with our customers and work collaboratively with our field staff (auditors). You are our face to the customer.
• You use your communication skills to explain complex technical topics in a simple and empathetic way - together with the customer, you find solutions. A key part of your new role is showing initiative and having the confidence to make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Regular working time of 39 hours with flextime account and hybrid working options

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training or a Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant subject
• Experience in building sustainable customer relationships and in sales
• Very good communication skills in German and good English proficiency
• Experience working with various IT tools (e.g. MS Office, CRM systems)
• Technical background knowledge and industry experience are advantageous
