Sales Lead Norway & Customer Development Manager (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Sales Lead Norway & Customer Development Manager (m/f/d) to join us at the earliest possible date.

In this role, you will be responsible for the commercial development of the Norwegian market via the importer, as well as for the strategic management and further development of selected key customers within the German Truck & Bus segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic management and development of key accounts in the Truck & Bus segment
  • Development and implementation of customer-specific strategies and structured account plans
  • Identification and realization of growth and profitability potential
  • Conducting price and contract negotiations in line with company guidelines
  • Overall commercial responsibility for the Norwegian market, including volume, revenue, and profit management
  • Responsibility for forecasting, planning, and KPI tracking
  • Analysis of market, competitive, and customer developments

Required Qualifications and Professional Experience

Education
  • Completed university degree (e.g. Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification)

Professional Experience
  • Solid, multi-year experience in B2B sales and key account management
  • Strong market and customer knowledge of the German market
  • Industry experience in Truck & Bus, Automotive, or Tires is a plus

Technical / Functional Skills
  • Advanced Excel and reporting skills, with strong analytical capabilities

Language Skills
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Norwegian is an advantage but not a requirement

Soft Skills / Behavioral Competencies
  • Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
