About the Position

As a Working Student (m/f/d) in IT / Service Desk, you will be a crucial point of contact for our employees regarding technical challenges. You will be responsible for handling support requests, analyzing and resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations. You will apply your knowledge of IT support, network technologies like routers/firewalls, as well as server and virtualization technologies daily to find effective solutions. With your strong communication skills, you will explain complex issues clearly and ensure a high quality of service. You will document solutions, contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT processes, and gain valuable practical experience in a dynamic environment.

Must-Have Skills

  • Solid IT support knowledge
  • Experience with network technologies (routers/firewalls), server, and virtualization technologies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong fundamentals in network technology


Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools (e.g., Jira Service Management, ServiceNow)
  • Basic understanding of ITIL processes
