Your Mission

  • Full responsibility for revenue and profit growth across all business areas, as well as successful portfolio launches to achieve KPIs
  • Drive business cases, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans across all segments
  • Further develop and manage a dynamic business case management process in close alignment with key stakeholders
  • Define market-driven product requirements and derive strategies based on trends, customer needs, and competitive insights
  • Build and evolve an innovative, customer-centric solutions portfolio, including lifecycle management
  • Lead, develop, and empower a team, fostering future capabilities and clear accountability structures
  • Ensure cross-functional collaboration (e.g., market, technology, transformation) and represent the function at the executive level
  • Manage strategic customer relationships, oversee critical escalations, and contribute to company-wide initiatives

Your Talents

  • Master's degree or higher in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • Extensive leadership experience (15+ years) in product, solution, or business management, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles
  • Proven track record of building and leading large, cross-functional teams and delivering business growth
  • Strong experience in successful product launches across different categories (e.g., single-use, instruments, capital devices)
  • Strong strategic, visionary, and analytical capabilities, including solid business analytics expertise
  • Deep understanding of healthcare markets, customer needs, and clinical applications
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, along with conflict management and change leadership abilities
  • Strong financial acumen and portfolio management expertise, combined with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
