CSA Construction Manager

Job Description CSA Construction Manager SilverBack is looking for an experienced CSA Site Manager to join a high-profile construction project delivering complex engineering and fit-out works across mission-critical sectors such as data centres, advanced technology, and life sciences. This is a contract role offering an excellent package, including rotational work patterns, accommodation, company vehicle, and flights covered. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day on-site operations for CSA fit-out packages. Oversee site safety, quality assurance, and compliance in collaboration with project and EHS teams. Coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress against schedules, and manage manpower levels. Support project delivery by tracking costs, materials, plant, and equipment. Attend and contribute to site meetings, planning sessions, engineering reviews, and coordination meetings. Manage QA/QC processes, snagging, punch lists, and package close-out activities. Maintain weekly progress reports, project schedules, and look-ahead plans. Coordinate material deliveries in line with project timelines. Ensure strong collaboration across trades, package leads, and subcontractors. Support final handover documentation including safety files, QA files, O&M manuals, and project close-out deliverables. Requirements Minimum 6-8 years' experience in site management, CSA installation, or supervision. Strong background in construction management and project delivery. Professional qualification in Construction Management or related discipline. Good technical knowledge of CSA systems and fit-out works. Experience managing subcontractors, schedules, and site coordination. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Professional certifications are desirable.
